Learning to ask and answer questions is a common goal for children in social communication groups. Most children with social communication delays, also have difficulty with asking and answering questions with peers. Social Butterflies Club® Qs are question activities that make asking and answering questions more interactive for children. We like to laminate the pictures and attach the questions to the back. We sometimes will add Velcro® to one side and use a pointer hand with Velcro® to have the children pick a question. We also hide them around the room and play Q hunt or simply place them on the floor and have each friend pick one up.

Social Butterflies Club® Life Lesson Stories are used to teach abstract concepts in a concrete manner.  These stories are helpful for children who need to have visual cues to understand specific social issues or social rules. Being a Good Friend Life Lesson teaches basic friendship rules with visual examples, questions for discussion and carryover activities for home.
