I understand that I will be charged weekly for services provided. I understand that a credit card must be kept on file for billing. All payments are processed through our secure client portal. I acknowledge and agree that Social Learning, LLC will charge my preferred payment method weekly for services for the dates scheduled only. I understand that the first payment is due prior to my child attending the enrichment group. I understand that if payments are not received, my child will not receive services. I understand that there are no refunds for missed sessions and early cancellations will incur a 10% processing fee.
